GeneMark软件的gm_key失效怎么办

1. 下载网址（为软件的下载界面）：http://topaz.gatech.edu/GeneMark/license_download.cgi

2.下载界面

根据自己的需求下载对应的版本和类型的gm_key秘钥 

3.填写注册信息 

 

4. 点击下载软件和密钥

5. 将秘钥上传至服务器（Filezilla）

6.更新秘钥

singularity exec genetools.sif cp -r /opt/GeneMark-ET/gmes_linux_64/gm_key $HOME/.gm_ky
